SHIPPING OPTIONS

US Postal Service
Is our basic option, with an estimated in-transit time of 3-9 business days. 
This service is provided by FedEx SmartPost, this is a division of FedEx that works in collaboration with USPS. UPS delivers the package to the main US Postal hub that services your area and from there they are delivered to you by a USPS.
This is a less expensive option for small packages (usually less than 10 lbs). You have the option of choosing insured or uninsured delivery.  
Please note that if you choose the uninsured option we will NOT be responsible for damages in shipping, lost packages, or miss-deliveries by the carrier. 
 
- FedEx Ground/Home Delivery
Is an upgraded option, with an estimated in-transit time of 1-4 business days.
FedEx Ground is a much better service than USPS for a number of reasons:
- Twice as fast (1-5 vs 3-9 days in transit). 
- Much better care of packages during transit. (We're speaking from experience here...)
- Free Insurance up to $100. 
- It is cheaper than USPS for heavier weights (usually over 10 lbs)
- UPS Overnight & 2nd Day
This service is available as well. It isn't one of the choices in the checkout menu because we charge a flat rate per pound to ship, and express service costs vary tremendously from one zone to another. Please contact us for a quote.
 
- Local Pickup
This option is ONLY available to those who will personally pick the order up from our warehouse in Fort Wayne, Indiana. THIS IS NOT A COD! Please do not choose it if you want the order shipped. Please also note that we offer this by appointment only. When you are finished with your order, please contact us to set up an appointment (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 3 pm). 

- International Shipping
We do not ship internationally.

** Due to extreme variables in shipping costs we are currently NOT shipping to the following locations Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, PR, Guam, VI, etc.**

- Dimensional Weight / Oversize Packages 
Occasionally multi-item packages may incur oversize charges based on their excessive dimensions (regardless of how small the actual weight may be). Our system is not able to predict which combination of items will result in these surcharges in the checkout. In these cases we reserve the right to contact you prior to shipping in order to collect the additional shipping charges.

* Shipping via USPS is approximately twice as long. 

 

 

 
PROCESSING

We process orders within one business day. All orders are pulled first thing in the morning (about 7 am EST), Monday - Friday. Therefore if you complete your purchase after 7am, your items will ship the next business day.

*During the busy online shopping times, Multiple Item Orders placed on weekends may require an additional day of handling time. We appreciate your understanding. 
TRACKING
 
After your order is processed, you will receive an email which includes a Tracking Number. All shipments (both USPS and UPS) can be tracked on the FedEx website:
Even though the SmartPost packages are delivered by USPS, since this is a FedEx provided service, the tracking needs to be done on the FedEx website.
* It is possible that our email with order info will go into your spam folder due to the volume of emails we send. So please check this this folder if you are not seeing our communications.
 
WARRANTY, REFUNDS & RETURNS
 
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our new items. This EXCLUDES items from our Scratch-N-Dent department.

In case of shipping damage we must be contacted within 24hrs of delivery of the package. 

If there is anything wrong with the item, such as manufacturer defect, item damage, etc. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will reship, replace or refund the item. 

If you would like to return the item for whatever personal reason, that is ok as well. However we will ask you to be responsible for all the shipping costs. There will also be a 20% restocking fee for the returned order. Item has to be returned to us in the same condition it came to you. Please also contact us and let us know that you would be returning the item, so we can note to expect your package.

Many packages get returned back to us by the shipper due to an incorrect address or for being unclaimed. After multiple shipping trips and time at shipper's warehouses, packages often arrive back to us with severe box or item damage. In order to recoup these losses we will charge a 10% restocking fee. Please double check your address so this does not happen.
