The entire process from wood aging, carving to assembly and final painting is all done by experienced luthiers, under one roof of a family owned factory, that has been making instruments for several generations.Each day employees are reminded of how to take pride in their work by a company motto, written on one of the walls in factory's courtyard: “It is easy to do a difficult task once. Difficult part is to perform it consistently over a long period of time”
