Product Shipments:
The item/s you purchase will ship to you via SMART POST, a division of FED EX in co-operation with the United States Postal Service, and has an estimated delivery time of 2 - 9 business days.
You will receive an email which includes a Tracking Number, soon after the item is shipped.
* It is possible that emails will go into your spam folder due to the volume of emails we send. Please consider checking this folder if you feel that you are missing any communications from us.
Product Returns or Replacements:
Every item we sell includes a 30 Day Exchange Policy.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us for an R.M.A. (return merchandise authorization) number before the item is returned. Products returned without an R.M.A. number will be refused.
