Shipping / Returns
Product Shipments:
We offer two shipping carriers:
- UPS GROUND Packages ship with an estimated shipping delivery time of: 2-7 business days via Ground, with optional Air Express shipping options. - USPS / SMART POST Packages ship with an estimated shipping delivery time of: 3-10 business days We process all shipments first thing in the morning. Therefore if you complete your purchase after 7am, your items will ship the next business day. You will receive an email which includes a Tracking Number, soon after the item is shipped. * It is possible that emails will go into your spam folder due to the volume of emails we send. Please consider checking this folder if you feel that you are missing any communications from us. Product Returns or Replacements:
Every item we sell includes a 30 Day Exchange Policy.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us for an R.M.A. (return merchandise authorization) number before the item is returned. Products returned without an R.M.A. number will be refused.
